The Horticultural Consultant is accountable for managing and delivering on capital, responsive and programmed horticultural maintenance on SA Housing Authority estates and individual dwellings and managing staff and resources assigned to the team.

Providing expert advisory, technical and consultancy services in the fields of horticulture and environment and developing strategies and policies that contribute to horticultural management and ecological sustainability.

The role is also responsible for assisting in the identification of technical requirements for contract establishment, budget planning, forecasting and reporting.

Special Conditions

Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Driver's Licence, which must be maintained.

Requirements:

Desirable - Relevant qualification in Horticulture.

Remuneration
$95,588 - $101,109 (ASO6)
