Key accountabilities- Responsible for onboarding processes for all the students across the 4 locations
- Responsible for coordinating the work placement programs for few specified courses.
- Maintain and update student fees record
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions with clients
- Provide assistance with accounts receivable, including invoicing, financial statement
- Adhoc duties as required
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience(preferably)
- Experience of Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Power Point);
- Experience with accounting software Xero(preferably)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and problem solve as issues arise
- Experience at managing the internal and external stakeholders
- Great communication skills, friendly personality, professional presentation, and willingness to assist other team members as required
- Desire to learn, grow and progress
- Previous experience in an account administrative role
Good to have/desirable:
- A good understanding of VET sector OR experience in working for a registered Training Organisation
Salary:
Up to $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
