Job Description:


The primary responsibility of the Trainer is to design, develop and deliver training materials for our users who occupy a variety of roles within a real estate organisation.

The role is high performing and highly autonomous and would suit flexible working hours or part time fulfilment.


Working collaboratively with Product, and across Client Services including Support, Activations, and Customer Success the role has the primary responsibility for skilling and resourcing our customers to be successful when using RiTA.


Where you will make an impact:
Design and Develop Training Material

  • Working with Support and directly with customers to conduct skills gap analyses and identify areas of improvement
  • Designing training curricula for user profiles specific to their needs within time and budget constraints
  • Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g. Videos, articles and material for live training and/or webinar sessions)
  • Overall, you will increase the overall engagement of our users by tailoring software skills training specifically to the product needs of different classes of customer.
  • You will work collaboratively with Product to maintain currency of all training materials
Deliver Training Material

  • Publish and maintain responsibility for currency and accuracy of the customer facing knowledge base including written and audiovisual materials;
  • Deliver training sessions via webinar to diverse customer groups
  • Deliver training sessions in person, where appropriate based on an approved business case
Innovation

  • Collect feedback from customers and customer success managers about training courses
  • Liaise with other verticals within Client Services, including Support, Customer Success, and Activations to identify opportunities for the improvement of training services

Job Qualifications:

Practically, to succeed in this varied role, you probably need to have some of this stuff:
Proven work experience as a product trainer or similar role

Teacher at heart - you are energised as helping others learn and achieve their goals

Hands on experience with e-learning and teaching platforms such as Zendesk, Zoom, etc.

Strong collaboration, time-management, influencing and prioritisation skills are critical to the success of this role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experiencing in producing visual content such as videos, slides, webinars etc.

Experience in a B2B SaaS company highly advantageous

Excellent listening, presentation and communication skills at all business levels

Key Performance Indicators

Customer satisfaction measured by weekly surveys

Numbers of customers trained

Level of customer retention in assigned Territory

Accuracy and timeliness of reporting

Contribution of Ideas to the National Training Team
