Planning and Supply Coordinator
Our client is a small Food and Beverage Manufacturing warehouse based in Wacol.

They are looking for a highly skilled team member to join their planning and supply chain team and support their Demand Planner/Scheduler.

About you and the Role:

Sound Administrative Experience
Responsible for the management of administrative functions within the purchasing team
Raising purchase orders, consignment, planning, reconciliation and scheduling
Operations updating of documents and maintaining database matrix for SOP's and Training
Production Work orders creating, printing, issuing and closing off
Verification and reconciliation of Inbound goods via dispatch

SAP Experience advantageous:

Maintain accurate & up to date information at all times
Team player, liaising with production and warehousing staff
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Intermediate skills in MS Office suite including Excel, Outlook & Word + Report Graphics
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to multitask while working under pressure and time restraints
Position would be working Monday to Friday daytime. Flexible 3438hrs per week_
Trained also as a Relief scheduler during Annual Leave of the team_

This role would suit someone that has experience in FMCG and may have previously been a Junior Planner, Inventory planner, Purchasing Officer or Scheduler looking for that next step.
