About the role


Are you passionate about agile methodologies and facilitating software development teams? We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a government agency in Brisbane.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Work closely with product owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
  • CSM/ Similar certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment. Previous experience within government sector will be highly regarded
