We are currently hiring an Assistant Property Manager to join the Property Management department of one of our clients.

This position offers an exciting prospect to secure a coveted role within a positive, friendly, and supportive team environment, with ample opportunities for both personal and professional development.

While prior Property Management experience is preferred, we encourage individuals with a keen interest in the field to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the property management department to execute daily tasks
Play an active role in showcasing rental properties to potential tenants
Responsively handle rental inquiries and proactively capture property images for online listings
Conduct routine inspections of properties
Maintain effective communication with tenants and property owners
Coordinate and organise property maintenance activities

About you:

Demonstrated interest in the dynamic field of property management
Possession of a valid (or in progress) WA Property Management Registration
Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
Friendly, teamoriented mindset with a proactive approach and keen attention to detail
This role is a permanent fulltime position, requiring commitment five days a week.
