Your New Role:

6-month Fixed Term Contract.

The QA Lead will be required to work closely with the QA Squad Lead and wider P&C Technology & Systems team and own all quality assurance activities.

The QA Lead will serve as the quality champion of the team and will assist to implement agile software delivery practices whilst supporting various programs of work.


The QA Lead is responsible for planning, preparing, executing and reporting on all aspects of testing and adhering to a risk-based QA approach.

Additionally, the QA Lead is responsible for visibility of quality metrics, as well as assessing the need for non-functional testing.

The QA Lead should have a deep understanding of QA principles, and is responsible for managing the definition, implementation and integration of quality principles and processes throughout the delivery cycle.


Your New Role Looks Like This:

  • Preparing, executing and reporting on all aspects of testing and adhering to a risk-based QA approach
  • QA is delivered in the most effective and efficient way, including recommendations regarding testing tools and processes, such as test automation, API testing etc.
  • Is responsible for visibility of quality metrics as well as assessing the need for nonfunctional testing (including performance testing and automation testing)
  • Analyse test results, investigate, report, and track product failures and improve the areas with higher defect trends
  • Ensure tracing between product requirements, delivered code and test case verification
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to implement where appropriate high quality testing tools
  • Manage the analysis and dissemination of complex information and testing requirements across teams, acting as the conduit between design, engineering and other specialist resources to enable quality testing outcomes
  • Identify and resolve more complex testing issues and provide workable solutions to project teams and stakeholders

About You:


  • Expertise in developing project documentation such as Test Strategy, Master Test Plans, Test Scenarios, User Acceptance Criteria, UAT scripts, Development & Business verification test cases
  • Experience and understanding of HRIS processes
  • Preferred testing experience in SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial
  • Good understanding of various modules like Human Resources and Payroll, Time & Attendance Management, Learning & Development, Performance & Compensation etc
  • Solid understanding of a range of testing techniques
  • Prior experience working with OpenText is a bonus but not essential
  • Ability to implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate feedback to relevant teams
  • Sound understanding in Agile and Project Management methodologies
