An exciting fulltime 12-month opportunity exists to join our Technical Advice team as a Technical Knowledge Analyst

About the role

As a
Technical Knowledge Specialist in our Tech Advice team, you will be responsible for elements of the design, build, implementation support and maintenance of the Knowledge Management Self-service Platform, based on stakeholder and end-user requirements, whilst aligning to the Knowledge Management Action Plan and related Governance Framework.

This includes the continuous improvement of the knowledge-based system and solutions, enabling successful on-going self-service knowledge for staff self-development.


Key accountabilities will include:

  • Design, build and implement a Knowledge Management Selfservice Platform that aligns to the Knowledge Management Action Plan and Governance framework to support the push (i.e. just in time information cascaded to the Group, e.g. legislative updates) and pull approach (i.e. just in time information via selfserve channels)
  • Provide support with governance and quality checks of justintime knowledge solutions and selfservice platforms
  • Lead the development and delivery of various knowledge gap closing mechanisms to meet the needs of the Technical Advice Team and the Knowledge Management Selfservice Platform endusers

About you
You have a thorough understanding of self-service knowledge technologies and can grasp complex technical concepts quickly. With strong communication skills, you collaborate effectively with technical experts and stakeholders. You are detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Furthermore, your skills, experience and qualifications may include the following:


  • Strong organisational and adaptability skills
  • Experience in breaking down complex technical knowledge and imparting it both one to one and/or via facilitating small group workshops
  • Proven advanced skills in designing and building Knowledge Management Selfservice Platforms and tools (eg. HivePro or Sharepoint)
