One of Australia's prominent
Federal Government Departments is looking to engage an experienced
Service Designer to understand, assess and develop customer journey maps of the current landscape.

The
Service Designer will take a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.

The successful
Service Designer will be offered an initial
12 month contract along with
2 x 12 month extension option partnered with a
rewarding hourly rate.

The successful
Service Designer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Leading/facilitating design and co-creation workshops and sprints as well as presenting concepts to stakeholders and senior executives
Conducting user research and helping generate tangible insights and designs
Translating business objectives into service design outcomes
Ability to define and articulate the future state service vision and develop a holistic service blueprint for the

program of work

The successful
Service Designer will have experience in the following:

Ability to define and articulate the future state service vision and develop a holistic service blueprint for the
Ability to solve complex problems in the endtoend service environment, considering both the customer experience as well as the purpose of internal teams
Ability to take a usercentred design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
Experience facilitating a stakeholder's service/product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and usertesting experiences for digital products.
