    Right at Home, Sydney Parramatta are seeking qualified, reliable and passionate Care Manager. You will need to be friendly, positive, and determined to make a difference. You can demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy, and treating others with dignity and respect. You'll be a natural relationship builder, honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.

    Duties include:

    We are offering casual roles with a view to permanent part-time for suitable candidates.

    A successful candidate will have the following:

    • A passion for high quality client-focused care in a community setting
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Able to work autonomously or within a team environment
    • Excellent time management and organisation skills
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development
    • Meeting with clients and assessing their needs. This role will handle anything from information requests, feedback, general enquiries to complaints.
    • Preparing in-home care assessments and care plans to best meet client requirements.
    • Ensure all documentation is accurately and comprehensively completed in Right at Home databases and software programs in accordance with organisation policies and procedures and legislative frameworks.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Current registration with AHPRA
    • Professional Indemnity Insurance
    • Community nursing experience is a must
    • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
    • Working With Children's Check
    • Current first aid and CPR certificate
    • A smart mobile phone
    • Driver's licence and reliable presentable car
