Client Executive, Global & Corporate

Due to significant growth we are seeking for a Client Executive to join our Global & Corporate team within Aon Risk Solutions.

Global & Corporate specializes in the provision of Insurance and Risk Management Services to a broad portfolio of Large Private and top ASX listed businesses (including major multinational organisations) across all industry sectors.

Your responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will have experience in servicing a portfolio of clients.

You will be responsible for:

Management of a diverse portfolio of clients
Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management
Manage daily client enquiries pertaining to the management of their risk and insurance programs including claims
Identifying development opportunities for designated portfolio and designing appropriate servicing solutions
Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business
Gathering client information to enable renewal negotiations, calculating premiums, binding covers, and preparing invoices and followup documentation with clients
Placing insurance policies with local and Londonbases carriers
Develop relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes designed to meet client needs
Keep clients informed of emerging trends, market updates and new products

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Tier 1 or Diploma qualification, or intention to complete this qualification
Strong communication both written and verbal Presentation skills
Ability to write technical reports and be able to advise clients of technical risk issues
Strong negotiating and influencing skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with and influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
Client and outcomes focused
Commitment to delivering exceptional client value through expertise and innovation
Selfdisciplined and organized with a motivation to work to tight deadlines
Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office suite of programs i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
