Your new role:
Come and join our team at Knox Council as the Coordinator - Kindergartens, part of our integrated early years services and programs that support children and families to live happy, healthy lives here in our city.
We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Leader to be responsible for the coordination and implementation of Knox's Kindergarten Services.
You will report to the Senior Coordinator Early Years Services, will have specialist knowledge of the early years' service system, and considerable experience leading an early years team, particularly focussed on leading teams through change and implementation of reforms.
You will focus on delivering high quality services using your knowledge of the needs of the community, and working strategically to ensure the service continues to meet those needs.
This is a Band 7 classified role, remuneration for this position will be negotiated (depending on experience) and will start at $98,781 plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.

- Considerable experience in the field of early years services and programs
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing the capability of the team and supporting them through change
- An ability to design and lead operational projects on time and to high standards
- A passion for developing positive relationships with families and other stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
