We have an important advocacy role for technology in the market and across KPMG, working with our technology leaders to build our market presence.

We cultivate collaboration and integrate tech execution across our business, driving a firmwide approach to how we go-to-market and build the capability of our people and attract new talent.


Your Opportunity
Forming part of the Strategy & Growth Enablement team the
Go to Market Enablement Manager will play a key role by:

  • Establishing a Go-To-Market approach for our firmwide Data AI and Solutions Strategies
  • Drive growth for our prioritized solutions via sales and marketing activation
  • Showcase what good looks like using case studies and examples in adjacent industries.
  • Develop an action plan helping Solution Owners to drive awareness and sales opportunities through internal sales channels.
  • Execute internal awareness campaigns for our priority solutions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns, supported by Customer Experience & Branding (CX&B) and Inside Sales
  • Support the business with structured pipeline management using CRM.
  • Equip clientfacing teams with the necessary tools, training, and assets to successfully launch and scale our techenabled solutions.
  • Content creation, technical copywriting and art direction of sales assets where appropriate
  • Support CX&B in determining the optimal marketing strategy to ensure its integrated with the sales approach where appropriate.
  • In partnership with CX&B, monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including recommendations for inmarket optimization, where applicable
  • Driving progress and accountability aligned to KPIs.
This role is available in a
full-time or
part-time capacity.

This is achieved through fostering strong relationships, aligning with business priorities, amplifying marketing campaigns, and driving growth with an effective sales enablement engine.

Your Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

  • 5 years' experience in administration, marketing or operations role.
  • Experience in a corporate organization essential and professional services an advantage
  • A successful history of delivering on time, negotiating / escalating issues if required and comfortable working with people at all levels.
  • Experience in people related field and/or communications.
  • Strong drive and resilience; capability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple different tasks and projects through to completion.
  • Ability to take the initiative, forward plan and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Proactive and results oriented approach.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.

Qualifications:


  • We are looking for applicants that have Tertiary qualifications in Communiations, Business Management, Marketing or related dicipline.
