The Company

Our client, a leading Not for Profit Aged Care Provider in Australia, has close to 40 aged care homes spread across NSW, VIC, QLD and WA.

You will partner with residents to engage and ignite their interests on a daily basis


The Role
Your main focus is ensuring the best possible clinical outcomes for their residents across many facilities.

Partnering closely with the Facility Managers, you will inspire and lead the clinical team in each facility; ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and relevant legislation to ultimately provide residents with the care they need.

These well-established homes boast a highly engaged and supportive leader and exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to showcase their ability to coach, mentor and nurture the clinical teams.

The majority of homes are based in Victoria however there is a mínimal amount travel required to NSW, QLD and WA.


About you

  • Demonstrated success in clinical leadership roles (such as Clinical Care Coordinator, Registered Nurse in Charge or similar)
  • Understanding of and experience in the AACQA Accreditation process and clinical decision making ability
  • Ability to engage and influence all stakeholders, including team members, residents and their families
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using online clinical documentation systems
