Description

This role will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the smooth operations within the housekeeping department. This role will have a heavy focus on quality, customer service and cleanliness.


Key Responsibilities:

• Drive staff training and performance to a high degree
• Improving service standards in correlation with the Work Health and safety standards
• Proven leadership skills with a strong initiative
• Managing the departments planning, controlling, costing, purchasing and internal budgeting
• Ensuring quality control of products
• The ability to build and sustain working relationships.
• To drive team briefings and participate in weekly management meetings
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and quality
• Ability to estimate staffing requirement's and conduct interviews
• Develop proactive cleaning time frame
• Adhere and drive all compliant policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in performance management and training
• Exceptional time efficiency and working habits
• Ability to lead a team and handle high stress environments
