Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional products or services to existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, CFD industry preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
