About the role

TAFE NSW is looking for individuals with current industry experience and knowledge in any of the 5 Clinical Health areas listed above, to join our team of Offsite Markers on a casual basis.

The Offsite Marker is responsible for providing marking of assignments and assessment tasks, and constructive feedback for TAFE Digital's distance education students.

These roles are flexible, don't require you to attend a campus, and marking can be done anytime that works for you


About you

  • Minimum of three years postqualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
  • Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent.
  • Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
In addition to meeting the above requirements, you will need to hold the qualification for 1 or more of the course areas listed below:


Dental Assisting:


  • Certificate IV in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification

Optical Dispensing - Certificate IV or Diploma in Optical Dispensing or equivalent qualification

Sterilisation Services - Certificate III in Sterilisation Services or equivalent

Medical Practice Assisting - Certificate IV in Medical Practice Assisting or equivalent qualification

Audiometry - Diploma in Audiometry or equivalent qualification
