Our client, a leading Not for Profit Aged Care Provider in Australia, has close to 40 aged care homes spread across NSW, VIC, QLD and WA.

The Role

Our client is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and highly experienced Relief Facility Manager to steer, motivate and support their group of 22 Residential Aged Care facilities across Melbourne, with mínimal travel to NSW, QLD and WA on occasion; all travel costs will be covered.

You will be monitoring training and supporting teams, managing financial reports, budgets and governance, and essentially taking full ownership to oversee the smooth operations of the homes.

The Facility Managers play a critical role in leading the homes through accreditation to ensure safe practices are consistently maintained, ensuring the admissions, communications and care processes are delivered to keep their residents and families informed.

About you

It is essential that you have experience leading and managing employee and resident experience in a large aged care home
Strong clinical background is ideal, along with a comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Standards
Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, building strong supportive relationships
Experience managing financial operations in an aged care facility
Hunger to deliver an exceptional resident and family experience
A strong understanding of Work Health and Safety and a commitment to keeping yourself and other safe and well
