About the Role


This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR leader to join a leading ANZ business as part of the Executive Leadership team.

With a clear business strategy and solid HR foundations in place, this is a transformational Executive HR leadership role which will both challenge and reward a driven and contemporary HR Professional.


Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will lead a small but capable team of HR professionals in the delivery of HR services and support to the business across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work closely with the CEO and the Leadership team to align the people strategy with the overall strategic direction of the firm supporting the effective acquisition, engagement and development of talent, and maximizing organizational effectiveness.

You advise the business on HR practices and be responsible for the business' People and Culture Strategy and processes including recruitment, learning and development, human capital management, remuneration, and ER and IR.

To be successful in this role, you will be a proven HR leader, ideally within an ASX listed business, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals


You will also be/have:

  • Handson practitioner with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leader that brings people together and inspires confidence in managers to have the right conversations to develop their people.
  • Resilient and also bring a collaborative style and willingness to flex between strategy and operational delivery.
  • Commercially orientated with sound understanding across all facets of HR and technically wellrounded professional with relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Previous organisational transformation experience, particularly focused on cultural change.
  • Experience in a Professional Services environment (preferrable), and across the Engineering, Infrastructure and / or Asset Management sectors would also be well regarded.
