Maintain relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.

Key competencies (role specific criteria)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:

  • Poven experience and knowledge to design and co-ordinate small to medium scale projects or work packages, including the management of risk and the planning, scheduling and tracking of activities and deliverables within a laboratory environment
  • Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project program/ project environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage one or more defined communication channels and/ or stakeholder groups and facilitate the business change decision making process and the planning and implementation of change
  • Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problemsolving skills and an ability to work unsupervised whilst coordinating multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities
  • Experience in, or the ability to assist with the compilation of program/ project information, maintenance of program/ project files and the preparation and presentation of reports in a capital works program context
  • Understanding of laboratory work processes
  • Understanding of capital works delivery processes.
Qualifications, registrations and other requirements

  • There are no mandatory requirements for this role however, Project Management skills and knowledge of pathology laboratory work processes will be highly regarded.
