We often seek to employ people with uplifting and warm personalities to work across our established aged care homes in Victoria.


Hospitality Assistants are reliable and enjoy working in a team and importantly brighten the residents' day by enjoying a chat while working.


Hospitality Assistants (Food Service Assistants) report to the Chef Manager, and are required to assist with the preparation, cooking and serving of meals in the dining room or to residents that wish to reside in their room. It is important that the dining rooms are well kept, tables are neatly presented and you are creative minded, most importantly you will be able to relate to older people particularly those living with dementia, an illness or disability.


Key Requirements:

Clear communication, empathy for elders and enjoy making someone's day

COVID Vaccine (2 + booster)

NDIS Check/Police Check

Food Handling Certificate (don't worry we can provide details)
