An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated
National Account Manager to join our Commercial team based in
Chullora, NSW. Reporting to the Sales Manager ANZ, you will be responsible for managing and building our key customer accounts as well as identifying and driving new business development opportunities.

This is a pivotal role in driving success at ARYZTA.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Development of joint plans with key customers to achieve growth.
  • Implement strategies for new commercial opportunities.
  • Ensure that sales revenue and gross margin targets are achieved for Key Accounts.
  • Understand the requirements of our key customers to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Management of account relationships with key and new customer stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics for Key Accounts.
  • At all times display the ARYZTA Core Values (Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity & Care).

To be successful in this role, we are looking for an individual with:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role with proven QSR Account Management experience.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and delivering customercentric solutions.
  • Demonstrate an excellent, result driven success track record.
  • Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Good judgment and problem solving ability and is capable of understanding the impact of decision making on the business.
  • Excellent relationship building capabilities with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure and on your own initiative and as a team player, holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical skills that enable coordination of data, including MS-Office (primarily PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Business Practices and Ethics gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
  • Approachable and enthusiastic.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
