About the Role

  • Provide assistance with enquiries and liaising with distributors, franchisees and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining the database with customer details and call logs.
  • Expediting orders through freight services and following up ETA
  • Preparing quotations

What you need

  • Basic to intermediate level skills with MS Office
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent time management and organisational
