CSK is seeking an expert Service Now Lead Developer to operate in a large complex Enterprise environment to drive initiatives, process automation and workflows.

You must be a strong communicator, self-motivated and relish challenging projects and have a history of superb ServiceNow development.


Responsibilities

Large Government Business Enterprise is looking for a ServiceNow Lead Developer to design and deliver the vision of Change Management process improvement and workflow automation.


  • Work closely with IT Groups and business users to drive solutions against use cases and requirements for initiatives relating to change management modernization, service analytics, remote support automation, phone home alerting, automatic incident creation, eventtriggered diagnostics, and more.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Deliver cutting-edge vision of remote support and service automation, aiming to enhance the overall customer support experience.
  • Provide proven expertise in technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow to help guide Client's roadmap
  • Work closely with project architect to create collaborative solutions to achieve the vision and drive implementation of the capability to timebound roadmap targets
  • Design and Architect Automation Workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow Editor
  • Ensure delivery of technical design documents
  • Prior experience implementing ServiceNow and development best practices and procedures.
  • Ability to configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Good communicator and team player

Your background:


  • 5+ years of overall software engineering experience in a variety of languages (JavaScript and Python preferred)
  • 5+ years of professional ServiceNow design and development experience.
  • Proven experience of development/implementation of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).


  • ServiceNow certified

  • CSA, CIS-SP, CIS-ITSM, CIS-SIR, CIS-APM or CSDM.
  • ITIL certified
