We are looking for experienced and passionate Lead Educator (full-time) to join our supportive and caring Early Learning Team.


You will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the learning program as per the Early Years Learning Framework and service philosophy inline with Grammar standards.

We pride ourselves on high standards, ensuring our compliance at all times is in line with the National Quality Framework, all relevant legislation both state and federal and the National Quality Standards.

Our opening hours are 7am - 6pm with shifts varying within these times, changing each term.


Desired Skills and Experience:


To be successful in this role you must:

  • Hold an ACECQA approved Diploma qualification (or be actively studying).
  • Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID004), CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis.
  • Current Blue Card
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
