  • Enable the Government segment to achieve its objectives by providing technical leadership, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions. You will play a key role in transforming how we build SaaS to deliver improved efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

You will get to:


  • Develop and implement the Government segment's technical strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategy and objectives
  • Stay updated with technology trends, evaluate new technologies, and develop a roadmap to achieve business objectives through technology.
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure effective governance and delivery of technical projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure efficient allocation and utilisation of labour to maximise productivity, minimise costs and ensure successful delivery of all commitments
  • Build and lead a highperforming technical team. Recruit, develop, engage and retain top talent; fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, best practice and continuous learning
  • Drive technical innovation within the Government segment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning and exploring new opportunities to enhance the segment's technical capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical stakeholders, collaborate with crossfunctional teams, and manage relationships with technology partners and vendors.

  • You have a strong expertise in cloudnative architecture and modern technology trends.
  • Ability to drive technical innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, compliance requirements, and regulations relevant to the Government sector.
  • You have experience developing and implementing technical strategies, aligning them with overall business objectives.
  • You have a proven track record in integrating disparate teams and technologies into one team delivering high quality, scalable outcomes and timely outcomes.
  • Proven track record of making highquality decisions in complex and uncertain environments.
  • Experience in scaling tech processes and driving organisational growth
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish trust, credibility, and collaboration. Effectively manages expectations, resolves conflicts, and maintains positive and productive working relationships.
  • Ability to have robust customer conversations, empathetically understanding their needs and finding effective solutions.
