_Your New Role:
_


  • As Property Manager, you will be accountable for providing superior property management of one of their significant industrial assets based in Melbourne's southeast. You will be regarded as the 'face' of the asset and build a strong rapport with tenants and oversee two facilities staff._

_Your key responsibilities will include:
_


  • Ensure delivery of highlevel service, minimise arrears, maximise property income and actively prepare the delivery of the Operating and Capital Expenditure budgets.
  • Provide superior tenant service, foster and maintain tenant relationships, manage lease expiries and focus on active tenant retention.
  • Be the liaison between the Director of Assets, Finance, other operational personnel and tenants to ensure proper control & service delivery on a daytoday basis.
  • Liaise and provide support to the Facilities/Asset Management teams, Finance, other operational personnel and tenants to ensure proper control & service delivery on a daytoday basis.

Your skillsets and attributes:
  • You could be a Property Manager looking to step into a single asset portfolio, one looking to step up into their first PM role, or a seasoned operator bringing knowledge and a sense of stability to the team.
  • Superior communication skills and a customeroriented mindset
  • You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Financial experience, budgets, forecasts and targets will see you thrive
  • The ability to manage several functions and projects simultaneously, including the ability to meet shifting priorities and reporting to multiple or joint interests.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CAD and MS Project.
