WFS:
A WorkForce Software Company is a leading provider of cloud-based workforce management solutions for Global organisations.

The WorkForce Software enables organisations to automate time and attendance, streamline absence and leave management, optimise staff rostering, gain real-time visibility into labour costs and productivity, and mitigate the risks of employee fatigue.


Responsibilities:


  • Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Evaluate and understand customer incidents and requests
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management to reduce defects and improve overall product/system performance
  • Contribute to customer selfhelp by authoring relevant knowledge base content

Requirements:


  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Firm Grasp of Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Willing to work on weekends and/or after hours
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience in Customer Service

Essential Requirement:


  • Ability to work in Australia is compulsory

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
