About the Team


The Business Operations and Improvement Division is responsible for delivering essential customer-centric services and solutions that add value, help people get their job done and ensures DoT meets it compliance obligations.


About the Opportunity


The Fleet Management Officer is involved in every aspect of fleet management including acquisition and disposal, repairs and maintenance, bookings, fuel cards, servicing, and processing insurance claims and infringement notifications.

Other outcomes include

Service Delivery-follows processes in order to meet timelines and key deliverables
Quality Advice -provides high quality and accurate information and advice on fleet processes, procedures and policies
Fleet management systems
- have been maintained to enable accurate and up-to-date reporting and analysis of the Department's fleet
Continuous Improvement-contributes to identifying opportunities to improve services and resolve customer issues/concerns
Promote and support safe, inclusive and flexible team operations

About You
Capable of contributing ideas toward improving the effectiveness
Able to resolves issues through deep understanding or interpretation of existing guidelines
Knoweldge and understanding of the impact of back office policies and processes
Ability to sees things from another's point of view and confirms understanding
Capable of responding to clients' and stakeholder needs
Comfortable accepting changed priorities without undue discomfort
A good team player who promotes a supportive and cooperative team environment

Drivers License is required
