MARS are proud to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation in their search for an experienced Risk and Compliance professional to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and educate the business on all matters of regulatory change, enterprise compliance and obligation management
Assess the Compliance Management Framework and the following processes to ensure appropriate efficiency
Communicate effectively with Senior stakeholders, Board, Committees and Regulators
Provide advice, guidance and review on incidents and breaches, including issue remediation, conflict of interest, and so forward
Effectively prepare and present incident reports to other sections of the business, stakeholders and external partners

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in a Compliancebased position in the financial services industry
Qualification in Law, Business or related degree
Exposure within Insurance or Superannuation preferred
Strong stakeholder management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with AFSL and ACL licensing requirements
