This boutique real estate office has a vacancy for a receptionist/administrator.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Provide excellent customer service to vendors and buyers
  • First point of contact for client both telephone and walkins
  • Diary management for the Principal of the agency
  • Assist with the sales process with key milestones
  • Maintain an accurate uptodate of listings and progress reports
  • Assist with the marketing of properties
  • Booking some travel arrangements when necessary
  • Assist the property manager with background checks
  • All other administration duties as required

Who are we looking for:


  • Experience in an administration, secretarial or receptionist role
  • A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
  • Professional communication both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and be looking for diversity in a role
  • Be a team player who can work well under pressure
  • Corporate, professional presentation
  • Agent's Representative Certificate or happy to complete is desirable
