This boutique real estate office has a vacancy for a receptionist/administrator.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors and buyers
- First point of contact for client both telephone and walkins
- Diary management for the Principal of the agency
- Assist with the sales process with key milestones
- Maintain an accurate uptodate of listings and progress reports
- Assist with the marketing of properties
- Booking some travel arrangements when necessary
- Assist the property manager with background checks
- All other administration duties as required
Who are we looking for:
- Experience in an administration, secretarial or receptionist role
- A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
- Professional communication both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and be looking for diversity in a role
- Be a team player who can work well under pressure
- Corporate, professional presentation
- Agent's Representative Certificate or happy to complete is desirable
