Trade assistant to work alongside skilled technicians to assemble drilling parts

Must hold a forklift licence

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with a keen interest in mechanics and, preferably, some prior machine experience.

Mills Recruitment is collaborating with an International manufacturing company based in Malaga.

You will be working as a Trades Assistant in our client Malaga Workshop team, supporting the smooth operations of our workshop and helping us deliver timely service and assembly GSE equipment to our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to expand your skills and build a career path in a specialised area, working on unique Ground Support Equipment (GSE).

Position Requirements:

High school certificate or equivalent education certificate; one to three months related experience and or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
Previous mechanical experience is highly desirable.
Assembly experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and develop;
Proficient in using power tools and hand tools.
Forklift certificate.
Must be keen and enthusiastic.
Assisting qualified Workshop technicians to assemble and kit drilling equipment in a timely manner.
General yard/workshop cleaning and maintenance.
Workshop and equipment cleaning.
Performing other general, nontrade services as directed.
