The Opportunity:


Due to an exciting phase of transformation and expansion, a number of fantastic opportunities now exist within our Victorian Workers Compensation team.

The team are responsible for the management of workers compensation claims, providing rehabilitation support and technical legal/scheme eligibility advice.


In addition to remote and flexible options including remote working, we also offer learning and career pathways and provide ongoing access to training and career development.

We invest in our people through strong succession planning and have a number of mentoring and training programs available.


You may be a seasoned case management or claims professional seeking a new opportunity or career development, or perhaps you are a new entrant to the industry looking for a meaningful way to contribute your experience across the allied health, business or law sectors.


We are offering entry level through to senior case management roles to join our well-established claims teams in the Victorian region.

In joining Gallagher Bassett, you will:

  • Engage with insured employers, injured employees, rehabilitation professionals, medical practitioners and legal providers in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties;
  • Contribute to return to work outcomes and lead the endtoend claims management life cycle;
  • Undertake determinations for benefits including medical expenses, wage reimbursements, etc;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders around return to work and claims strategy.
