Immediate opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist who prides themselves in managing all front of house responsibilities that come with working in the professional services industry.
Based in the beautiful offices of this large national company you will need to bring your strong client focus to make the best impression.
Initial 2-month assignment with strong potential for extension working 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday.Daily responsibilities include
- Full ownership of the front of house
- Manage all incoming correspondence to the business
- Coordinate board room and meeting room bookings and refreshments as required
- Front of house maintenance matters and escalating any major issues
- General admin support to EA's and other admin staff as requested
- Previous experience as receptionist in professional environment
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Intermediate skills in Word and Excel
- Can do attitude and happy to get job done
- Business corporate attire for professional appearance is essential for this client fronting role
