ANOTHEN Community Care (ANOTHEN CC) is a leader in delivering aged and disability services across Western Australia and we are currently looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced Administration Assistant to join our Team.

Do you have experience in an administration assistance role and are you someone who enjoys working with a diverse group people?


We currently have an exciting job opportunity for Administration Assistant to join our team and are offering fantastic employment conditions.

This will begin as a casual position for the first 3 months, with the possibility of more permanent arrangements for the right person.

We are happy to negotiate hours to fit in with school hours for the right person.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

As a key member of our administration team, you will have a focus on the following key responsibilities and assist with all aspects of our office administration including but not limited to:

  • Administration tasks and duties
  • Data entry
  • Client consultation
  • Client services
  • Preparation of client documentation
  • Assistance with service coordination

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills
  • National Police Certificate or prepared to obtain one
  • Drivers Licence
  • Ability to operate efficiently in a fastpaced work environment
  • Advanced computer and word processing skills, including data entry
  • Experience operating database management systems and ability to learn new systems
  • Exceptional record and report writing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of our team
  • Work within Workplace, Health & Safety Guidelines and Legislation
  • Understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirement
  • NDIS workers screening check or be prepared to obtain one
