About the Role
We are looking for an Senior Occupational Therapist to join us in fostering a positive and supportive environment for National 360 therapists and NDIS Participants. Within this role you will provide comprehensive OT assessments, therapeutic interventions and complete reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic, and community settings.
You will leverage your skills & experience to provide supervision to other Occupational Therapists, supporting them with clinical reasoning and recommendations to provide optimal outcomes for their clients. As a Senior Occupational Therapist at National 360, you will receive clinical support via our peer support model and have access to unlimited mentoring provided by our Clinical Practice Advisors.
We provide a unique allocations structure which supports your preference to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:
