About the role
The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for leading the company's Human Resources efforts with additional Payroll responsibilities.

Partnering with the business to design, develop, and implement strategies that will attract, engage, and develop employees and build upon a high-performing culture.

The Human Resources Advisor will also ensure the success of the company's workforce by ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws, and conducting needs assessments to identify areas for improvement.


  • First point of contact for employees seeking support in HR, Payroll queries.
  • Partner with the leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant and confidential employee records.
  • Oversee the endtoend payroll process working with the external payroll team, ensuring accurate timely payroll processing.
  • Maintaining and enhancing our commitment to a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance evaluations, promotions, disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, offboarding and coordinate training & development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all areas of the business.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement, wellbeing, and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct investigations as appropriate, adhering to procedural fairness guidelines.
  • Coordinate with building management to address buildingrelated issues and other matters
  • Manage employee uniform inventory, budget and distribution.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR & Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of HR legislation, principles and practices
  • Experience in employee relations and industrial relations
  • Ability to relate to all levels of the organisation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
