The Role

Exciting career opportunity for an experienced Implementation Consultant who is responsible for Orikan solution implementation, product support and customer service.


The Essentials:


The key purpose of this role is to ensure the successful management and implementation of Orikan solutions, as well as providing pre and post sales product support and user training.


  • Preparation and delivery of project specific documentation
  • Deliver solutionrelated training to users, online and inperson
  • Conduct product demonstrations and assist sales team with technical discussions during presales activities
  • Previous experience with implementing software on customer sites (eg Point of sale software) is desirable but not essential.
