Account Executive/ Account Manager | Growing independent creative agency | Up to $70k inc

This hot new agency has been established for over 2 years now, in their organic growth stage and winning new business.

They are focused on building on their people and keeping a good culture. You know you're onto a great culture when your clients and previous colleagues follow you.

They are open to either an Account Executive or Account Manager to join them.

This role ticks all the boxes - amazing opportunity to manage projects for a variety of clients, across multiple channels, from brand campaigns, experiential, promotions to packaging.

Clients vary from well known brands across the home building sector to new FMCG products.

If you're switched on, have a great adaptable attitude and have creative agency experience, this is for you.

You will bring to this role:

Creative agency experience ideally as an Account Coordinator or Account Executive
You are a 'doer' with good values so important to have a 'cando' attitude and strong work ethic
You're not focussed on channels but more on solutions for the business problem, you're adaptable and keen to learn
Confidence, passion, with fantastic communication skills
Ability to build client relationships and trust quickly
Team player
