ACT Treasury, within the Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate (CMTEDD), is looking for permanent and temporary staff to fill Analyst positions.

These positions provide a great opportunity to see the inside workings of Government, and to contribute to the development of key policy priorities impacting our community.


Successful applicants will obtain:


  • Central agency experience, including building your understanding of how the Government's strategic policy priorities are developed and implemented;
  • A sophisticated understanding of the Machinery of Government, the Budget process and Government decisionmaking and policy implementation;
  • Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills; and
  • Access to diverse career advancement pathways.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in any field combined with strong numeracy skills is highly desirable.
