YOUR ROLE
The Account Manager plays a crucial role in providing proactive and responsive client and team management support. This involves co-developing and executing campaigns to achieve agreed-upon results.


YOUR TEAM
As an Account Manager, you will report to the Senior Account Manager, benefiting from their support and mentorship. Additionally, you will manage two junior team members—an Account Coordinator and a Junior Account Manager.


YOUR CLIENTS


You will be involved in managing accounts for prominent brands in fashion, lifestyle, and beauty, including but not limited to well-known names in the industry.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management | 35%

  • Purpose_
  • Lead client communications across key accounts and projects with support from the Senior Account Manager.
  • Responsibilities:_
  • Develop and maintain genuine client relationships.
  • Lead regular updates on all account activities.
  • Drive dynamic WIPs, ensuring clear and consistent budget management.
  • Demonstrate problemsolving abilities and effective back management.
  • Oversee valuation and reporting.

Content & Influencer Management | 20%

  • Purpose_
  • Ideate, lead, and successfully execute mediumsized content and influencer campaigns.
  • Responsibilities:_
  • Develop and maintain key influencer relationships.
  • Ensure influencer campaigns align with standards and language guidelines.
  • Continually review the influencer landscape for new, relevant talent.
  • Develop and maintain crucial content/supplier relationships.
  • Lead talent identification, negotiations, and contracting.

Strategy | 15%

  • Purpose_
  • Interrogate briefs and lead strategic recommendations for small to mediumsized campaigns.
  • Responsibilities:_
  • Lead the briefing process to ensure a detailed understanding of the ask.
  • Develop strategy frameworks and campaign concepts with senior support.
  • Confidentially present recommendations endtoend.
  • Support additional largescale new business/pitch back opportunities.
  • Develop engagement tools—quotes, budgets, engagement letters, work orders.

Media Management | 10%

  • Purpose_
  • Lead media plans and manage the junior team to support key campaigns.
  • Responsibilities:_
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with media.
  • Identify and matrix media outlets.
  • Create news angles based on client POV.
  • Manage ambassador pitching strategy and execution.
  • Manage toptier talent briefings and documentation.

Production | 10%

  • Purpose_
  • Support activity across content, shoots, and events while leading a minimum of two mediumsized campaigns.
  • Responsibilities:_
  • Coordinate suppliers, locations, and onday deliverables for content and shoots.
  • Curate preproduction decks for client signoff.
  • Manage asset signoff processes.
  • Create talent content ROS.

Operations and Internal | 10%

  • Purpose_
  • Provide regular and consistent support for business success and cultural engagement.
  • Responsibilities:_
  • Deliver regular team communication across various stakeholders.
  • Support social channels through asset sharing, events, and activity.
  • Manage and maintain finance requirements.
  • Support internal rostering for office operations.
