The is a rare opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a close-knit team on a full-time and permanent basis.

About the role:

Reporting To the Financial Controller, the responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

Full-function Payroll processing on a fortnightly basis
Responding to payroll inquiries
Processing of superannuation, singletouch payroll, and deductions
Processing of backpays, termination and redundancy payments
Production of payroll reports
Assisting the Finance Team with monthend reporting
Assistance with Accounts Payable
Other ad hoc projects and tasks within the scope of the role.

About you:

To be successful for the role, you must be a proactive, self-starter, who can think outside the box.

You must also demonstrate the following:

Demonstrated experience in the position accountabilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient with systems
Strong time management and organisational skills
You must have a strong attention to details
You must be a team player with a positive attitude.
