Where you will be workingThis is an exciting time to be joining a team of high performers in this growing NFP in their office based on Brisbane's north side. This is a hands on role leading the team to deliver the best customer experience possible.

What you will be doing Bring your commercial and strategic mindset to this role to assist with the operational, membership and marketing divisions to deliver the strategies and outcomes of the business You will always be thinking one step ahead and be solutions focused

Overseeing 3 direct reports, your duties will include but are not limited to;

Oversee the daily operations of the business in line with

CEO and Board expectations

Review, develop and execute member retention strategies
Provide overall supervision and leadership to operational teams
Implement policies and procedures.
Maintain Workplace Health and Safety procedures
Strong relationship management skills for internal and external stakeholders.

What you needTo be successful in this role you will have;

Previous experience in operational management is mandatory.
Experience in membership/association organisations advantageous
You will have highly developed skills to deliver on strategic initiatives autonomously
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
