About the role


Based in our Brisbane CBD office we are looking for a Client Services Coordinator who is ready to take on new challenges and be a part of our exciting growth plans.

As a full-time Client Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in liaising with staff and clients ensuring the delivery of exemplary administration support and client service.

With so much variety no two days will be the same

This role is responsible for

Providing exceptional client service to both internal and external clientele
Providing accounting practice support
Assisting Partners and team members to deliver high-quality service and technical support.
New client set ups and engagement letters
Database management and maintenance
Preparing general client correspondence
Telephone and face to face contact with the clients and external parties eg. ATO, ASIC
General administration duties and office/team support as required

About you

You are a professional individual who aligns with our CARE values (Collaboration, Agility, Respect, Enthusiasm), someone who wants to add value to a team and firm looking to make the right move for their career, ideally possessing the following highly desirable attributes:
Minimum of 1 year experience in an administration or client services role
Experience in MS Office, Outlook, Teams/Zoom and MYOB will be advantageous.
Positive attitude and eager to learn
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A high level of personal presentation and a professional approach
