The Opportunity
As a

Quality Specialist
***on a

permanent full-time basis based in our

Mt Kuring-Gai (NSW) or

Mt Waverley (VIC) site, you'll join a truly connected and talented team who are passionate about delivering positive outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a CAPA owner to perform CAPA steps including but not limited to investigation, planning, implementation, and effectiveness checks for assigned CAPA's to a GMP standard in defined timeframes
  • Work with internal and/or external stakeholders to complete required CAPA actions to a GMP standard
  • Prepare and present Quality Management Review reports on the status and health of the CAPA program as required
  • Act as a Change owner to perform CAPA actions including but not limited to planning, implementation, and verification steps for assigned Change Requests (CR)
  • Act as an administrator for the Change Management Committee to ensure appropriate oversight of the Change management program and management of proposed changes to completion
  • Prepare and present KPI reports summarizing the status and health of the Change Management system at Slade Health

About You

  • Relevant scientific qualifications (e.g. Pharmacy / Medical Science / Bio Science)
  • Experience in development and maintenance of Quality Systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem solving and decisionmaking skills
  • Highly organised
  • Competency in project and task management
