Digital & Analytics Manager
Are you a digital guru who is passionate about using technology to make a positive impact? Do you have extensive experience in managing Salesforce, website development agencies, AdWords strategy, and analytics? If so, our client Cure Cancer wants you to join their Technology team as a Digital & Analytics Manager


As the Digital & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for managing Cure Cancer's digital environment, including the website, donation touchpoints, and AdWords strategy & Analytics.

You will also provide up-to-date metrics and analytics to the wider organization, ensuring that they remain at the forefront of digital innovation.


Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Implementing website optimization strategies for incremental improvements to website traffic and conversion.
  • Providing proactive market and industry analysis through competitor benchmarking, digital trends, and internal requirements.
  • Taking ownership of Cure Cancer's overall database analysis to deliver ongoing operational insights.
  • Managing the endtoend strategy for Google AdWords at Cure Cancer.
  • Liaising with digital agencies in providing uptodate strategies and return on investment for our Paid and Grant Google AdWords accounts.
  • Managing and supporting the Salesforce Administrator and the Salesforce Support Administrator.
  • Developing and managing required information and workflow tools to ensure development activities are documented and carried out in a timely manner.
  • Establishing and managing a technology release schedule.
  • Performing technology needs assessments and evaluating new technologies to determine benefit to Cure Cancer.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written skills and the ability to engage supporters, donors, and community fundraisers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven eye for detail.
  • Capacity for creative, innovative, and dynamic thinking.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and to tight timelines and with adaptability when required to achieve the optimum business outcome.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends events; and able to travel interstate when required.
  • 5 years + Experience with Salesforce with a minimum of 2 years working with NPSP.
  • 2 years + Experience with Pardot.
  • 2 years + Experience creating and launching endtoend Google Adwords campaigns.
  • 2 years + Experience with Google Analytics or similar.
