The Role:

Reporting to the Manager, Program Delivery this role is responsible for the management and delivery of $3M budget of the IT minor works program ensuring delivery of activities and solutions in line with agreed budgets, schedules and outcomes.

This will be achieved through:

Developing and implementing project IT activities on larger projects and minor works initiatives for IT and the wider business in line with scope, budget, schedule, risk and resources
Ensuring compliance for the Managed service provider and vendor operational governance.
Leading a team of assigned project coordinators to successfully plan and execute in a high performing project team
Prepare and deliver regular project status and financial reports for stakeholders, team members and management.
This two year fixed term contract will be based from our 990 La Trobe Street Head Office and working from home.

Your Skills and Experience:

Knowledge and experience working in the ITIL framework
Experience in performance management of external IT service providers and suppliers.
Tertiary qualification in business, technology or management related or 2 + years of relevant experience in project delivery/governance are highly desirable
Project Management practitioner certification (e.g. Prince2)
Experience in financial acumen including the ability to manage project budgets, forecast and accruals
Your vast experience as a Senior Coordinator and drive to Progress within a senior position will see you succeed within this role
