About the role:


  • Drive your team to achieve sales targets & KPIs while delivering fantastic customer service
  • Manage stock levels and inventory movement, as well as loss prevention
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Manage all areas of store administration
  • Coach and develope your team

About you:


  • Enthusiastic, energetic and passion about customer experience
  • Love for home cooking and the kitchen in general
  • Strong inventory experience, managing large volumes of stocl
  • Proven ability to drive sales and KPI targets
  • Organised with excellent time management skills
