About the role:

Drive your team to achieve sales targets & KPIs while delivering fantastic customer service
Manage stock levels and inventory movement, as well as loss prevention
Maintain visual merchandising standards
Manage all areas of store administration
Coach and develope your team

About you:

Enthusiastic, energetic and passion about customer experience
Love for home cooking and the kitchen in general
Strong inventory experience, managing large volumes of stocl
Proven ability to drive sales and KPI targets
Organised with excellent time management skills
