About the role:
- Drive your team to achieve sales targets & KPIs while delivering fantastic customer service
- Manage stock levels and inventory movement, as well as loss prevention
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Manage all areas of store administration
- Coach and develope your team
About you:
- Enthusiastic, energetic and passion about customer experience
- Love for home cooking and the kitchen in general
- Strong inventory experience, managing large volumes of stocl
- Proven ability to drive sales and KPI targets
- Organised with excellent time management skills
