Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of risk management within our Program Delivery Practice? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology and Information Security Risk Consultant to become a key member of the team.

As the driving force behind recognizing, evaluating, and communicating information security and technology risks within our projects, you will play an essential role in guiding well-informed management decisions.


Role and Responsibilities:


As a Technology and Information Security Risk Consultant, you will:

  • Recognize, evaluate, and communicate information security and technology risks in project environments.
  • Collaborate closely with senior executives, Risk and IT professionals, and lineofbusiness managers to influence risk thresholds.
  • Deliver specialized technology risk consultancy services, managing Information Security and Technology risks across the project portfolio.
  • Influence leaders in Risk, IT, Project Management, and Business to implement effective risk reduction strategies aligned with strategic goals.
  • Ensure rigorous governance of risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to project methodology and stage gates.
  • Analyse new concepts and proposals, providing early guidance on compliance issues and influencing design decisions.
  • Implement industry best practices and strategic risk mitigation in collaboration with project leaders.

Qualifications and Attributes:


To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing risk within complex technological landscapes, including cloud solutions, Agile delivery, and transformative technology changes.
  • Proficiency in influencing senior executives and external providers for secure and strategic outcomes.
  • Strong grasp of contemporary IT solutions and security measures.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and task management skills.
  • Knowledge of industry project methodologies and compliance regulations.
  • CISSP, CISA, or similar certifications are preferred.
