With interests across residential property management and development, and more recently, commercial and retail, they are growing at a rapid rate.

The Role

  • Lease preparation
  • Arrears collection
  • Rent reviews and outgoings reconciliations
  • Inspections ingoing/outgoing/periodic
  • Handle repairs & maintenance and renovations/makegoods
  • Negotiating new leases/market reviews and options
  • Reconciliation of banking
  • Creditor/owner payments
  • Other property management and accountsbased tasks


This role is suitable for an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager or someone who is currently undertaking admin on the commercial/retail property side, interested in a career in property management.


  • Current certificate of registration
  • Reliable motor vehicle and current drivers licence
  • Interest in a career in commercial and industrial real estate
  • Commitment to superior customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
  • A great team player
